We have been in business since 2003, in 2006 we found a need to focus on property management. After a year of classes we began to offer property management services. McWright Property Management specializes exclusively in property management. We focus on having a full service property management solution that takes care of the property start to finish. Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support and service that we can.
We are Jacksonville natives born and raised here. We have always worked in industries that were customer service oriented. We have been in real estate since 2003, going on 20 years now. We enjoy the "hands on" approach to the real estate business. Over the years we have sold millions of dollars of real estate and helped hundreds of people just like "You'' buy, sell or manage their properties in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to working with you.
Barron has been involved with property management for 16+ years. Instead of talking about myself and all the things I’ve done, I think it’s much more important to talk about “You" the customer. Our ultimate goal should be to focus on "You". If you choose Northeast Florida Realty Inc. as your real estate brokerage/property manager, our number one goal is to listen to what your needs are. If you are buying an investment property, We want to know what you are looking for, what’s important to you, and what type of return on investment you are looking for. All these factors help us find the "right investment property" for you. If you are selling your investment property, We would like to know what your motive or reason for selling is so that we can "fit" into your plan. We enjoy what we do, we enjoy meeting people, and we really enjoy it when we can make everything work out. Real Estate and Property Management is not just a job to us, it’s who we are, it’s what we do. We help people manage, buy and sell properties. It sounds corny we know but that’s us.
